We offer returns for all purchases made on our website in the case of any damaged items. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back.

Refunds

If you would prefer a refund for your item, please contact us at popositionpress@gmail.com to start the refund process. We will ask you to send the item back within 14 days of purchase and will process the refund once the item has been received.

If you would like to request a refund, feel free to contact us at popositionpress@gmail.com. Please note that we do not accept refunds for pre-order items.

Refunds will be processed with the same payment method your purchase was made with (Paypal or Stripe).

International Shipping & VAT

Customers are responsible to pay any VAT or customs fees for packages ordered from this website. We will mark the amount sold plus shipping in electronic customs documents attached to each package.
